THE Torqeedo range
Torqeedo Travel : The revolutionary outboard for smaller boats
In some respects, the Torqeedo Travel is very similar to a conventional internal combustion outboard: It does not require any external batteries and cables and it delivers the propulsive power of a 2HP internal combustion outboard. Instead of petrol though, it is using an integrated lithium-manganese high performance battery as a power source. This battery contains the same amount of energy as 26 g of petrol. For the extremely high efficiency of the Torqeedo driveline, this is sufficient for a range of 5-10 nautical miles (boat specific). But the Travel is not only the most environmentally friendly outboard. With a total weight from 11.4 kg, the Travel is also the lightest outboard on the market. Due to its light weight and its unique folding mechanism, the Travel offers unrivalled comfort, when it comes to transport and storage. Further advantages include an integrated battery charge indicator and stepless forward-neutral-reverse drive function. A battery charger and a waterproof travel pack are included in the delivery. As an optional extra, a cable set is available, which the Travel can be run from conventional external lead batteries with (instead of the integrated lithium-manganese battery).
TORQEEDO BASE TRAVEL : The entry model for high-efficiency outboards
The Torqeedo Base Travel models are equipped with the same drivetrains as the Travel models. However, they do not contain an integrated lithium-battery. Instead, they are run from conventional external lead-based batteries.
As all Torqeedo models, the Base Travel is powered by a high-tech drivetrain, employing latest technologies and materials. The result: Compared to conventional electric outboards, the overall efficiency of Torqeedo outboards is up to twice as high. This means, if a Torqeedo outboard is used on the same boat, with the same battery supply and at the same speed as a conventional electric outboard, the Torqeedo motor will produce up to twice the range.
All models have stepless forward-neutral-reverse drive function. The model Base Travel 801 produces the same propulsive power as a 2 HP internal combustion outboard.
The Travel and Base Travel models are compatible with each other, i.e. the Base Travel can also be run with the small lithium-manganese battery of the Travel range, which is available as an optional extra.
TORQEEDO CRUISE R: With the thrust of a 10 HP internal combustion outboard
The Torqeedo Cruise models stand for vigorously powerful electric outboards with superior efficiency, offering more range and power than conventional electric outboards. The existing Cruise 2.0 model, a 24 V outboard with the thrust force of a 6 HP combustion outboard, is now complemented with a special version for remote throttle and steering. The new Cruise 2.0 R comes with a remote throttle and all parts making a connection to a standard steering system comfortable. The model is also equipped with a GPS and a multifunctional display showing key information on the remote throttle. Information displayed includes estimated battery charge status, estimated remaining range, speed over ground and power consumption. Also new to the Cruise product range is the Cruise 4.0 R: A 48 V electric outboard with the thrust force of a 10 HP internal combustion motor. Also this model is designed for the use with remote throttle and steering. It comes in the same scope of delivery and offers the same functions as described above for the Cruise 2.0 R version (remote throttle, GPS, information display). The scope of delivery for all Cruise outboards includes a 3 m cable set, consisting of high power cables and plugs, as well as a fuse and a main switch.

TORQEEDO ULTRALIGHT : The first true kayak motor
With a total weight of 7 kg including the battery, the Torqeedo Ultralight defines a new class of boat drives. The motor was uncompromisingly designed for the use on kayaks and other very light boats. The unit consists of a shaft, a lithium-manganese battery and a remote throttle. Due to its unique mounting system, the Torqeedo Ultralight can be attached to almost any rigid kayak. The motor can be tilted into and out of the water during use and is designed completely waterproof, that is, it can even be operated under water. The motor includes a GPS receiver providing data for a multifunctional display that is included in the remote throttle. Information displayed includes battery charge status, remaining range, speed over ground and power consumption. The motor delivers a maximum speed of some 9.0 km/h and a range of some 20 km at slow speed. Further advantages: connection to kayak rudder provides easy steering (possible for most kayaks), waterproof travel pack for transport and storage and battery charger included in scope of delivery.

TORQEEDO POWER : For extreme demands
Torqeedo also provides state-of-the-art marine batteries. For the power supply on board and for electric boats, the Torqeedo Power batteries represent an enormous increase in performance compared to conventional battery systems (such as lead acid, lead gel and AGM).
TORQEEDO CRUISE 2.0 :The most powerful 24 V outboard on the market
With the thrust force of a 6 HP combustion engine, the Torqeedo Cruise is the emission-free alternative for sailing and motor boats with displacement of up to three tons. Equipped with the latest torque technology, an optimized drive train and an optimized propeller, the Torqeedo Cruise is not only the most efficient but also the most powerful 24-volt outboard available on the market.
The Cruise gets its energy either from lead batteries that have been connected in series (normally two 12 V batteries) or from the Torqeedo Power, lithium-based batteries.
Electronic remote throttle control for Cruise 2.0
The power of the Cruise can be controlled from the control console using the electronic remote throttle control, available as an optional extra. Torqeedo offers two products for this. The remote throttle control LT can either be attached to the left sidewall or to the top. The RT model can either be attached to the right sidewall or to the top.
The new Torqeedo Travel 503/1003
The revolutionary outboard for smaller boats
The new generation of Travel outboards: smarter, stronger and more rugged than before. The perfect outboard for tenders, sailing dinghies and daysailers has become even better.
•Fully waterproof design, IP 67 (all components can be submersed for 1 hour at 1 metre below surface without any harm).
•Integrated GPS and information system: provides precise real-time information on battery charge status, remaining range at current speed, speed over ground and power consumption (GPS- receiver located in the battery, information display located in the tiller).

CIGS Solar charger 62 W
Since all Travel 503 and 1003 models can be solar-charged during operation it makes sense to use a CIGS solar charger. These thin-film photovoltaic Copper Indium Gallium DiSelenide (CIGS) solar cells are the highest efficiency CIGS solar materials available today.
These solar cells are extremely flexible and can be stored folded in a small storage bag.
